          Description

A plump sparrow, also known as Fukura suzume or "fat-sparrow," is a term used to describe a sparrow that fluffs up its feathers to stay warm during the winter. It symbolizes good luck and happiness. In Japanese, "fuku" means "happiness," and "ra" means "coming," making it a highly auspicious motif.

These charming ceramic dishes are reproductions of vintage plates dating back to the 1870s. When placed on your table, they serve as handy organizers for small items and accessories. Moreover, their presence has an infectious way of bringing smiles to people's faces.
